Land Taken for the Purposes of an Aerodrome in Block XIV,
Rotoiti Survey District, Rotorua County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of an aerodrome and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Rotorua as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 6th day of July 1970.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Rotoiti Survey District described as follows:

15 1 4 Part Whakapoungakau No. 16 Section 2B 2D Block; coloured yellow on plan.
15 3 3 Whakapoungakau No. 16 Section 2B 2E Block; coloured blue on plan.
15 3 3 Whakapoungakau No. 16 Section 2B 2F Block.

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24224 (S.O. 45097) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above-mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of June 1970.
