Amendment of Sittings of the Supreme Court at New Plymouth

PURSUANT to section 52 of the Judicature Act 1908, we, three of the Judges of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, do hereby appoint that the third sitting of this Court at New Plymouth in this year do now commence on Monday, the 3rd day of August, at 10 a.m.

Appointment of Customs Examining Place in New Zealand

WHEREAS, by notice in the Gazette of 18 June 1970, I, Harold George Duncan, Registrar of Industrial Unions, appointed the 20th day of July 1970 as the day for the nomination of candidates for the office of nominated member of the Court of Arbitration, I hereby revoke that appointment.
