Pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture
under the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purposes
of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following special order,
made by Stratford County Council on the 15th day of May
1970, is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
THAT, pursuant to the provisions of section 3 (1) of the
Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Stratford County Council
resolves by way of special order that Giant Buttercup (Ranunculus acer) shall be deemed to be a Noxious Weed within the
County of Stratford.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
Pursuant to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956
(as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities Loans
Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant Secretary to

Rock Oyster Lease
Pursuant to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964, the Minister
of Marine has granted to Charles Frederick Warren of Tinopai,
the lease of 5 acres of seabed (lease No. 189) situated east of
Te Kauri Point, Tinopai, in the Kaipara Harbour, for the
cultivation of rock oysters.

Rock Oyster Farming Lease
Pursuant to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964 the Minister
of Marine has granted to Noel Alexander Adams, Dawn
Margaret Rosemary Adams, Peter James Colson, and Phyllis
Maria Colson, all of Okahukura Peninsula, the lease of 10
acres of seabed (lease No. 230) in the Tauhoa River in
Kaipara Harbour for the cultivation of rock oysters.

the Whakapirau wharf in Kaipara Harbour, for the cultivation
of rock oysters.
