PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school from and after the 1st day of June 1970.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto is hereby taken; subject, as to the land described in the said First Schedule, to the building-line restriction contained in memorandum of acceptance 24712, Marlborough Land Registry, and subject, as to the land described in the said Second Schedule, to the building-line restrictions contained in Orders in Council 484 and 27152 and in Special Order 27230, Marlborough Land Registry, for post office purposes (postmaster’s residence) from and after the 1st day of June 1970.

Declaring an Easement over Land Taken for Post Office Purposes in Block I, Poerua Survey District, Westland County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, an easement of right of way for the purposes of a post office is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen, from and after the 1st day of June 1970, the full and free right, liberty, licence, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right of way, with the right for Her Majesty’s servants, agents, workmen, licensees, and invitees, from time to time and at all times hereafter, to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right of way for the purpose of providing access to the land described in the First Schedule hereto, such easement to be held appurtenant thereto.
