(a) Flanged horizontal type ¾ in. to 6 in. with stainless steel or bronze seat and a working pressure of 50 to 250 psi
(b) Flanged and screwed swing type 2½ in. to 4 in. with bronze seat and a working pressure of 50 to 100 psi
(c) Screwed vertical type 2½ in. to 3 in. with bronze seat and a working pressure of 50 to 200 psi
(12) Treacle cocks, bronze 1 in. to 3 in.
(13) Blow down plugcock, flanged, asbestos packed, double gland bronze 1 in. to 2 in. used for blowing down boilers or pressure vessels and tested up to 500 psi
(14) Needle valves, of bronze, in-line types, sizes ¼ in., ⅜ in. and ½ in. BSP

*Approvals lapse on the dates indicated, the goods thereafter being dutiable according to their substantive Tariff classification. If continuation of an approval is desired for a further period, formal application should be made to the Collector at least 6 weeks prior to the date of expiry.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for withdrawal of the following approval of the Minister of Customs and for the future admission of the goods concerned at substantive rates of duty:

Any person wishing to lodge an objection to the granting of this application should do so in writing on or before 12 February 1970. Submissions should include a reference to the application number, Tariff item, and description of goods concerned, be addressed to the Comptroller of Customs, Private Bag, Wellington, and supported by information as to:
(a) The quality, range, supply, etc., of the above-described goods produced in New Zealand; and
(b) The landed cost and selling price, including c.d.v. and cost into store in terms of f.o.b., insurance, freight, exchange, other landing charges, duty, etc., of equivalent foods of overseas origin.
