Exempting Land in the Westland Land District from the Operation of Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925, and Revoking a Previous Notice

ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

PURSUANT to the Coal Mines Act 1925, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby exempt the land described in the Schedule hereto from the operation of Part III of that Act, as on 25 September 1969, and also revoke the notice dated the 25th day of September 1969, published in Gazette, 9 October 1969, No. 61, at page 1942, exempting land from the operation of Part III of that Act.

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—BRUNNER BOROUGH

LOTS 111, 112, and 113, D.P. 81, being part Section 114, Square 119, situated in Block IX, Mawheranui Survey District: area, 3 roods, more or less.
