EVIDENCE of the loss of the duplicate original of the agreement for sale and purchase, register 8D/1441, between the State Advances Corporation of New Zealand, acting for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, and May Quealy, of Auckland, widow, for 23.8 perches, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 16628, part Allotment 57, Parish of Titirangi, affecting part of the land in certificate of title, Volume 1692, folio 13, having been lodged with me, together with an application (No. A. 462514) for the issue of a provisional copy in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such provisional agreement for sale and purchase on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.
