Members of Valuers Registration Board Appointed

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Valuers Act 1948, the Minister in Charge of the Valuation Department hereby appoints Edward James Babe, Ludlow Ellison Brooker, Montague Burgoyne Cooke, and William Alexander Gordon to be members of the Valuers Registration Board, to hold office for a term of 3 years commencing on the 1st day of May 1970; and it is hereby notified that the said Edward James Babe and Ludlow Ellison Brooker have been appointed on the recommendation of the New Zealand Institute of Valuers, as required by the said Act.

Appointment of Members of Hope Domain Board

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby appoints Colin Clarence Bolitho, Leo Daniel Haughey, and Murray Nicholls to be members of the Hope Domain Board, Nelson Land District, Waimea County, in place of Edmund Lyell Davis, deceased, and Douglas Nelson Phipps and Frederick William Woodford, both resigned.

Appointment of the North Taranaki Free Kindergarten Association to Control and Manage a Reserve
