CORRIGENDUM

IN the Declaration dated the 25th day of March 1970 and published in Gazette, 16 April 1970, No. 23, at page 679, taking land for road and for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road in Block I, Tapapa East Survey District, Matamata County, for the area “4.6 perches”, which appears in the First Schedule thereto, read “1 rood 4.6 perches”, which last-mentioned area appears in the Declaration signed by the Minister of Works.

CORRIGENDUM

IN the notice “Revocation of appointments of approvals to issue warrants of fitness”, published on page 800 of the Gazette of 7 May 1970, for “11 May 1970” read “17 May 1970”, which last-mentioned date appears in the document signed by the Minister of Transport.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 25th day of May 1970.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 acres and 8.1 perches situated in Blocks II and III, Whangaruru Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being Part Parutahi Block; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24098 (S.O. 45746) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of May 1970.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Hon. Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 25th day of May 1970.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XVI, Hamilton Survey District, described as follows:
