EVIDENCE of the loss of the duplicate original of the certificate of title described in the Schedule below having been lodged with me, together with an application for the issue of a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette containing this notice.

SCHEDULE

Certificate of title, Volume 1513, folio 28, in the name of William John McPherson Gloyn, of Whangarei shopkeeper, for 31.8 perches, more or less, being Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, Deposited Plan 42936, and being part of the northern portion of the Raumanga No. 2 Block, and being all the land comprised and described in the said certificate of title. Application A. 461382.

Firstly, Volume 614, folio 191, in the name of Richard Turner (now deceased), of Orua Bay, farmer, for 54 acres 1 rood, more or less, being that part of Allotment 114 of the Parish of Awhitu called Section 2 of north-east portion of Lot 114 of the Parish of Awhitu; secondly, Volume 341, folio 94, in the name of Richard Alexander Duncan Turner (now deceased), of Orua Bay, farmer, for 46 acres 3 roods 3 perches, more or less, being all that portion of Allotment No. 114 of the Parish of Awhitu called Section 1 of north-eastern portion of Lot 114, Parish of Awhitu, originally acquired by Heri Ngarouia Kaihau on 30 January 1917; and thirdly, Volume 1907, folio 33, in the name of Richard Alexander Duncan Turner (now deceased), of Wattle Bay, farmer, for 1 acre 18.4 perches, more or less, being Lot 2, Deposited Plan 45796, being part south-western portion of Allotment 114, Parish of Awhitu, and being all the land comprised and described in the said certificates of title. Application No. A. 461568.

EVIDENCE of the loss of the outstanding duplicate original of certificate of title, Volume 274, folio 219, containing 917 acres 1 rood 21.6 perches, more or less, being Lots 1, 2, and 4 on Deposited Plan 5156 and Lots 3, 5, and 6 on Deposited Plan 5099, and also that strip of land, 100 links wide, shown on the said deposited plans, lying between the said Lots 3, 4, 5, and 6 and parts of the said Lots 1 and 2, which said parcels of land are portions of the Whakemarama No. 2 Block, in the name of Bevin Timber Co. Ltd., of Auckland (now called Ginn Bros. Sawmillers Ltd.) having been lodged with me, together with an application, S. 476304, to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application has been made for the issue of a certificate of title, pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the parcels of land hereinafter described; and that such certificate of title will issue, unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged within 42 days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice:
