Certificate of title, Volume 1513, folio 28, in the name of William John McPherson Gloyn, of Whangarei shopkeeper, for 31.8 perches, more or less, being Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5, Deposited Plan 42936, and being part of the northern portion of the Raumanga No. 2 Block, and being all the land comprised and described in the said certificate of title.
