Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
authorises the Wellington City and Suburban Water Supply
Board to sell the land described in the Schedule hereto,
subject to the condition that the proceeds of sale shall be used
for the purposes of Part V of the said Act.
