PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the Tauranga - Te Maunga motor-
way.

that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 18th
day of May 1970.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for electricity supply purposes (sub-
station) and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and
Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that the Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 18th day of May 1970.
