Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purposes of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the Ngati Hinerangi peoples.

Plant Declared Noxious Weed in the County of Waiapu (Notice No. Ag. 10597)
Pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following special order, made by the Waiapu County Council on the 26th day of March 1970, is hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
"In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it by section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Waiapu County Council hereby resolves, by way of special order, that the plant mentioned in the Schedule hereto, being a plant included in the First Schedule of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, be declared a noxious weed within the whole of the County of Waiapu.
