Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road from and after the 4th day of May 1970.

The Traffic (60-miles-an-hour) Notice No. 4, 1970

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (60-miles-an hour) Notice No. 4, 1970.
2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 60-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27B of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Taieri County Council and Revocation of the Reservation over a Reserve

Change of Purpose of Part of a Reserve and Declaration that Land be part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of that part of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for lighthouse purposes to a reserve for recreation purposes; and further, pursuant to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, declares the said reserve to form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park.
