THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE
Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of Patutahi Domain
PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes; and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act, to form part of Patutahi Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Definition of the Purpose of a Reserve and Declaration That Reserve be Part of Tainui Domain
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby defines the purpose to which the public reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be dedicated as a recreation reserve; and, further, declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to form part of the Tainui Domain, to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Licensing the Bay of Islands Yacht Club (Incorporated) to Occupy a Site for a Slipway in the Waitangi River in the Bay of Islands
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits the Bay of Islands Yacht Club (Incorporated) (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at the mouth of the Waitangi River, Bay of Islands, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10078 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a slipway, as shown on the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of these regulations shall, so far as they are applicable, apply hereto.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6.00) and the annual sum so payable, six dollars ($6.00).

The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of August 1970.

Notice of Amendment to Area Declared Exempt from Portions of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962
PURSUANT to the Motor Launch Regulations 1962, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the notice* declaring areas exempt from portions of the Motor Launch Regulations 1962 at Lake Wakatipu by deleting the reference to the area firstly described in the Schedule thereto and substituting the following description therefor.
SCHEDULE
Firstly, all that area of water in Queenstown Bay, the boundary of which commences at the One Mile Creek; thence by a straight line to the outermost extremity of the recreation reserve which contains the Government Tourist Gardens, with the exception of access lane No. 2 as defined by the Otago Inland Harbour Regulations 1969.
