PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 23, D.P. 9546, to the building-line restriction contained in resolution 147740, and subject also, as to Lot 26, D.P. 9546, to the grant of sewer drainage rights contained in transfer 147751, Taranaki Land Registry, for electricity works (New Plymouth steam power station) from and after the 27th day of April 1970.
