Declaring Land Taken, Subject to Building-line Restrictions,
for Maori Housing Purposes in the City of Rotorua

Pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement
to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject, as to
Lots 41 and 44, D.P. S. 9325, to the building-line restriction
imposed by S. 293755; subject, as to Lot 85, D.P. S. 9601, to
the building-line restriction imposed by S. 303839; and subject, as to Lot 134, D.P. S. 9749, to the building-line restriction
imposed by S. 310914, South Auckland Land Registry, for
Maori housing purposes from and after the 13th day of April
1970.

river control purposes from and after the 13th day of April
1970; and (b) further declares the land described in the said Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act
