PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and also hereby takes the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29.

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; also hereby takes the land described in the third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29: and, further, declares that the road first described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, and the land described in the said Third Schedule, when taken, shall vest in Anthony Renshaw, of Hunterville, farmer, subject to mortgage No. 309263; and that the road secondly and thirdly described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, shall vest in George Lethbridge Mason, of Hunterville, farmer, subject to mortgage No. 794202, Wellington Land Registry.
