PURSUANT to section 167 of the Coal Mines Act 1925, I, Sir
Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New
Zealand, do hereby give the following notice.
NOTICE

The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be subject to the operation of Part III of the Coal
Mines Act 1925. -
The notice dated 7 July 1969 and numbered 43, published
in the New Zealand Gazette at page 1312, is revoked as from
its commencement.

ALL those mines, beds, minerals, and seams of coal contained
in that area of land containing 50 acres, more or less, being
Allotment 29, Parish of Pepepe, situated in Block XI, Rangiriri
Survey District, excepting thereout the mines, beds, minerals,
and seams of coal taken by Proclamations 1755 and S. 15549
(South Auckland Land Registry), and being the balance of
the land contained in certificate of title 20/201 (South Auck-
land Registry).
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General
this 20th day of March 1970.

transfers, transfers to the retired list, cancellation of com-
mission, terminations of commissions, resignation, and retire-
ments of officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force.
