No. 12 State Highway (Ohaeawai-Maungatoroto via Dargaville) (from a point 20 chains measured easterly generally along the said State highway from Wharf Road to a point 30 chains measured northerly generally along the said State highway from Cobham Street).

SITUATED within Otamatea County, at Ruawai:

No. 12 State Highway (Ohaeawai-Maungatoroto via Dargaville) (from a point 30 chains measured northerly generally along the said State highway from Cobham Street to a point 12 chains measured westerly generally along the said State highway from Dunns Road).

SITUATED within Otamatea County, at Ruawai:

THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Wellington Urban Motorway) Notice No. 1, 1970.

SCHEDULE

THE Traffic (Wellington Urban Motorway) Notice No. 2, 1968, dated the 11th day of November 1968*, which relates to a 40-miles-an-hour limit on portions of the Wellington Urban Motorway, is hereby revoked.

2. The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The Traffic (Porirua City) Notice No. 1, 1970

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

THIS notice may be cited as the Traffic (Porirua City) Notice No. 1, 1970.

The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The Traffic (Porirua City) Notice No. 1, 1969, dated the 2nd day of May 1969, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962 and regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956†, which relates to Porirua City, is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Porirua City:

No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff).

Kenepuru Drive (from the southern boundary of Porirua City to a point 12 chains measured southerly generally along Kenepuru Drive from the main entrance to the Porirua Mental Hospital).
