Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block XI, Apiti Survey District, Pohangina County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed; that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in Samuel Cunningham Strahan, of Apiti, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 567918 and 567919, Wellington Land Registry.
