the margins thereof as may be further defined by the erection of
white-painted posts. On the remainder of this lagoon and land

reserve pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953.

a line commencing at the south-western corner of Rural Section
17571; thence north-easterly generally along Fairweather Road,
Harpers Road, and Dixons Road to the northern boundary of
Reserve 3415; thence along that boundary to a point due west of
the easternmost corner of Rural Section 14341; thence along a
right line to that point; thence westerly generally along the road
forming the southern boundary of that section and of Rural
Section 5785, to Heyward’s Road; thence north-westerly along
Heyward’s Road to its intersection with the south-eastern boundary
of Reserve 3415; thence south-westerly generally along that bound-
ary to a point in line with the southern boundary of Rural Section
17571; thence to and along that boundary to the south-western
corner of the said Section 17571, the point of commencement,
being the property of Mr G. F. Dixon, Clarkville, and as may be
further defined by the erection of white-painted posts.

(18) That portion of the Weka Stream flowing through the
properties of Messrs D. Antill, F. J. Bain, C. H. Bethell, L. W.
Ferguson, R. G. Forbes, estate of R. B. Johnston, E. C. S. Murchi-
son, and E. C. Topp, in the Waikari S.D.
