Land Taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Ngauranga-Basin Reserve Motorway.

SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 11.7 perches situated in the City of Wellington, Wellington R.D., and being Lot 15, D.P. 1349. All certificate of title, Volume 131, folio 157, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of March 1970.

Revoking a Proclamation Taking an Easement over Land for Prison Purposes in Block XI, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 25 February 1969, published in Gazette, 6 March 1969, No. 13, p. 407, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 776982, taking an easement over land for prison purposes in Block XI, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County, such easement being no longer required.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of March 1970.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, being satisfied that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been vested in the Crown, hereby declare the said land to be Crown land, and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block IV, Oero Survey District, and Block 1, Waimarama Survey District, and described as follows:

At the Government House at Wellington this 16th day of March 1970

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents to the Waitemata County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of road containing 5 acres 3 roods 17.6 perches situated in Block VI, Titirangi Survey District, North Auckland R.D., adjoining or passing through parts of Allotments 58 and 58A, Waikomiti Parish, and stopped Government road; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 24012 (S.O. 46467) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.
