CORRIGENDUM
IN the notice dated the 16th day of February 1970, published in the Gazette, 26 February 1970, No. 10, at page 281, declaring Crown land set apart for an automatic telephone exchange in Block X, Town of Manapouri, for the plan number “M.O.W. 23939”, which appears in the Schedule thereto, read “M.O.W. 23934”, which last-mentioned number appears in the original notice signed by the Minister of Works.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a limited access road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of March 1970.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 5.1 perches situated in Block VIII, Drury Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being Lot 12, D.P. 20381 (part of the land in Declaration No. A. 304745); as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23841 (S.O. 46328) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of March 1970.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a metal pit, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Featherston as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of March 1970.
SCHEDULE
WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 1 acre 1 rood 30 perches situated in Block I, Waipawa Survey District, Wellington R.D., and being part “Hautotara”; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23968 (S.O. 27118) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of March 1970.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 31st day of August 1960, and published in the Gazette, 8 September 1960, Volume III, page 1333, taking land for better utilisation in the Borough of Mount Wellington, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the building-line restriction contained in K. 32251, and subject to the right of way created by transfer 604521, for better utilisation; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 30th day of March 1970.
