NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act 1952 unless a caveat forbidding the same be lodged on or before 27 April 1970.

IN the matter of the Roman Catholic Bishops Empowering Act 1954, and in the matter of application No. 59262 (Marlborough Registry), application having been made to me to register the Roman Catholic Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Wellington as the proprietor of an estate in fee simple in the land described in the Schedule hereto, I hereby give notice of my intention to register the said Roman Catholic Archbishop as such proprietor unless a caveat forbidding the granting of the application is lodged with me, at the District Land Registry Office of Blenheim, on or before the 19th day of May 1970 by some person claiming the beneficial ownership of any estate or interest affected by the application.
