Licensing John Allan Hurst to Erect and Use Electric Lines

———

PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby licenses John Allan Hurst, of Pentland Hills, farmer, subject to the following conditions, to lay, construct, put up, place, and use the electric lines described in the Schedule hereto.

CONDITIONS

1. This licence is subject to compliance with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Interference Regulations 1958, and all regulations made in amendment of or in substitution for any of those regulations.

2. The system of supply shall be as described in paragraph (d) of regulation 15 of the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967, and shall be a direct current system.

3. This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined, continue in force until the 31st day of March 1985 from the date hereof.

SCHEDULE

ELECTRIC lines commencing from the licensee’s generator and proceeding

(a) from the powerhouse, across the Waihaorunga Creek to the licensee’s dwellings and farm buildings

(b) from the powerhouse, across a public road to a farm building.

All being situated in Lots 19 and 20 on D.P. 1584, Block XIII and Block XIV, Waihao Survey District, in the County of Waimate; as shown on the plan marked N.Z.E.D. 792 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department, Wellington.
