Crown Land and Provisional State Forest Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land and provisional State forest land described in the Schedules hereto as permanent State forest land.

FIRST SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT—NELSON CONSERVANCY

Buller, Golden Bay, and Waimea Counties
