Price Order No. 2125 (Feed Grains and Stock Feeds Based
on Grains)
In pursuance of the powers conferred upon the Price Tribunal
by the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Price Tribunal hereby
makes the following price order:

  1. This order may be cited as Price Order No. 2125.
  2. In this order “prevailing price” means the price at which
    feed grains and stock feeds based on grains were sold on
    16 March 1970, or, if no sale was made on that date, on the
    last preceding date on which any such sale was made by the
    seller, subject to the same terms and conditions.
  3. The maximum prices at which feed grains and stock feeds
    based on grains may be sold by any person in New Zealand
    on and after 17 March 1970 shall not be more than the
    prevailing price.
    Dated this 16th day of March 1970.
    The Seal of the Price Tribunal was affixed hereto in the
