Revocation of the Reservation over Part of a Reserve,
Specifying the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of
Sale Shall be Utilised
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for
drainage purposes over the land described in the Schedule
hereto; and, further, declares that the said land may be
disposed of by the Havelock North Borough Council in such
manner, at such price, and on such terms and conditions as the
Council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to
be paid into the Council's reserves account, such moneys to be
used and applied in or towards the improvement of other
public reserves under the control of the Council or in or
towards the purchase of other land for public purposes.

Definition of the Purposes of a Reserve and Declaration That
Reserve be Part of White Domain
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby defines the purpose to which the public
reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be dedicated as
a recreation reserve; and, further, declares the said reserve to
be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the
said Act, to form part of the White Domain, to be administered
as a public domain by the Domain Board.
