Wilson; Gwendoline Wilson, of Weymouth, widow; Harold
William Wilson, of Ngaruawahia, sheep farmer; and Morey
Gerring, of Ngaruawahia, service-station proprietor, as mortga-
gees over the one-half share of the said Thomas Albert Wilson
in the undermentioned pieces of land in the Whaingaroa
Survey District (South Auckland Registry) having been lodged
with me, together with an application, No. S. 474034, to issue
a provisional mortgage in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given
of my intention to issue such new provisional mortgage on
the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date of the
