PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in William Hartgill Pennefather Green, of Awariki, Dannevirke, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 205942 and 205943, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; also proclaims that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Ian Arnold Barnett, of Awariki, sheep farmer, as executor, subject to memorandum of lease No. 224024, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; also proclaims that the road described in the Fourth Schedule hereto is hereby closed and shall, when so closed, vest in Ian Arnold Barnett, of Awariki, sheep farmer, as executor, subject to memorandum of lease No. 224025, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry; also takes the land described in the Fifth Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection (6) of the said section 29, and declares that the said land shall, when so taken, vest in Ian Arnold Barnett, of Awariki, sheep farmer, as executor, subject to memorandum of lease No. 224025, Hawke’s Bay Land Registry.
