Notice of Final Meeting

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of H. M. Jolson Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that an extraordinary general meeting of the company will be held at 28 His Majesty's Arcade, Queen Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, 17 March 1970, at 10 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator; and, further, to consider and, if thought fit, to pass the following as an extraordinary resolution:

"That the books and the papers of the company and of the liquidator be held by him for a period of 1 year from 17 March 1970."

Notice of Voluntary Winding-up Resolution and of Appointment of Liquidator

IN the matter of Freezer Meats Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation, creditors' winding up), and in the matter of the Companies Act 1955, take notice that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company, duly convened and held at Masterton on the 23rd day of February 1970, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:

Resolved, that the company cannot, by virtue of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up; and that the company be wound up voluntarily.

And that, in pursuance of section 285 of the Companies Act 1955, Mr K. Spratt, of Hamilton, be, and is hereby nominated as, liquidator of the company.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Freezer Meats Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation, creditors' winding up), notice is hereby given that, by an entry in the minute book, signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company, on the 23rd day of February 1970, passed a resolution for voluntary winding up; and that a meeting of the creditors of the above-named company will accordingly be held at the rooms of the Thames Trotting Club (Inc.), Pollen Street, Thames, on Tuesday, the 3rd day of March 1970, at 10 a.m.

Agenda:

  1. Consideration of a statement of the position of the company's financial affairs and a list of creditors, etc.
  2. Nomination of liquidator.
  3. Appointment of committee of inspection, if thought fit.
    Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with Messrs Bryan and Keane, Solicitors, Pollen Street, Thames, not later than 4 p.m. on the 2nd day of March 1970.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Coop Estates Ltd. Any member who is entitled to attend and vote at this meeting may appoint a proxy to attend and vote in his stead. A proxy need not be a member of the company.
