TAKE notice that, by an order of the Supreme Court at
Wellington, dated 17 December 1969, the order of adjudication,
dated 10 March 1969, against REGINALD ERNEST WALLACE, of
Brendan Beach, Pukerua Bay, tailor's cutter, was annulled.

Take notice that, by an order of the Supreme Court at
Wellington, dated 17 December 1969, the order of adjudication,
dated 16 February 1968, against EDWIN THOMAS FEELEY, care
of Grand Hotel, Willis Street, Wellington, hotel manager, was
annulled.

Take notice that, by an order of the Supreme Court at
Wellington, dated 11 February 1970, the order of adjudication,
dated 31 May 1967, against DAVID GEORGE HENDERSON, care of
New Zealand Electricity Department, Haywards, via Silver-
stream, labourer, was annulled.

intention to issue such new certificate of title on the expiration
of 14 days from the date of the New Zealand Gazette contain-
ing this notice.

Eric John Robson, of Auckland, retired civil servant, and
Florence Ethel Maude Robson, his wife (now deceased), for
2 roods 33.2 perches, more or less, being Lots 172 and 185,
Deposited Plan 39451, and being part of the eastern portion
of Allotment 188, Parish of Waiwera. Application No. A.

Corporation of New Zealand is mortgagee, affecting 1 rood,

all the land contained in certificate of title, Volume 168,
folio 218 (Taranaki Registry), and evidence having also been
furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicate of the above-

No. 174092 having been made to me to register a discharge of
the said mortgage and to issue a new certificate of title in lieu

give notice of my intention to dispense with the production
of the said mortgage, under section 111 (3) of the Land
Transfer Act 1952, and to register such discharge and to
issue a new certificate of title on the expiration of 14 days
from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
