Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1969–70 Season Declared (Notice No. Ag. 10572)
PURSUANT to section 18G (4) of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1948, as amended by the Apple and Pear Marketing Amendment Act 1967, notice is hereby given that the Apple and Pear Prices Authority has determined that the average price to be paid to growers by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board for apples and pears grown during the 1969–70 season shall be 101.85c per bushel of bare fruit, ungraded and unpacked and delivered to the receiving depot of the Board nearest to the orchard on which the fruit was grown.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities

Maori Land Development Notice
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas it is desired to release that land from the provisions of the said Part XXIV:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1970, No. 13.
  2. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
