Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in
Blocks IX and XIII, Oropuke Survey District, Chatham
Islands County
Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act
1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land
described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims
as closed the portion of road described in the Second Schedule
hereto; also hereby declares that the portion of road described
in the said Second Schedule shall, when so closed, vest in
Manuel Tuanui, of Chatham Islands, farmer, subject to memo-
randa of mortgage No. 703299 and 784249, Wellington Land
Registry.
