CORRIGENDUM
In the notice dated the 10th day of September 1969 and
published in the Gazette, 2 October 1969, No. 60, p. 1869
(registered No. 802928, Wellington Land Registry), proclaim-
ing land as road, road closed, and land taken in Block III,
Hautapu Survey District, Rangitikei County, pursuant to
section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, for
the following:

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed and Vested
ALL those portions of road situated in Block III, Hautapu
Survey District, Wellington R.D., described as follows:

0 0 11.7 Section 32; coloured green on plan.

Land Taken for Waterworks in Blocks VIII and XII,
Otanewainuku Survey District, Tauranga County
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for waterworks and shall vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Tauranga as
from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd
day of March 1970.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 250 acres, being Waoku 2A
Block, situated in Blocks VIII and XII, Otaaiwinuku Survey
District; as the same is shown on a plan lodged in the office
of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton as No. M.L. 4896, and
thereon edged purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
16th day of February 1970.

District, Waitomo County
ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General
A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 2nd day of
March 1970.

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block III, Awakino East
Survey District, described as follows:

As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan

the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
as above-mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this
30th day of January 1970.
