Reappointed

as a member of the New Zealand Broadcasting Authority, for

Appointing Person to Regulate and Control Traffic and
Navigation on the Ruamahanga River Diversion

Pursuant to section 202 of the Harbours Act 1950, the
Minister of Marine hereby appoints

Wilfred Samuel Taylor

to regulate and control traffic and navigation in the Ruama-
hanga River diversion on the occasion of the status regatta
held by the Wairarapa Regatta Club, to be held on or about
24 January 1970.

Appointment of Supervising Officer

Pursuant to sections 7 and 265A of the Harbours Act 1950,
the Secretary for Marine hereby appoints

Morris Ivo Rountree

to be a supervising officer for those parts of the Arapaoa
River, in Kaipara Harbour, controlled by the Crown, including
all tidal inlets and tributaries, for the purposes of the Harbours
Act 1950.

Customs under section 9 of the Customs Act 1966, and
pursuant to section 32 of the Customs Act 1966, I, Thomas
Henry Dunn, Collector of Customs, Wairau, hereby appoint
the place described in the First Schedule hereto to be a place
for the examination of goods subject to the control of Customs
and hereby revoke the appointment of the place described in
the Second Schedule hereto as an examining place for the
purpose of this Act.
