In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Norrie Young Ltd., notice is hereby given that, by special resolution, signed by all the members of the company, on 7 December 1969, it was resolved:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Ronald Fletcher, Chartered Accountant, 9 Gillies Street, Kawakawa, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidator hereby fixes the 2nd day of February 1970 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company (if any) are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any right they may have to priority under section 308 of the Act, or be excluded from any distribution made.
