NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 26th day of November 1968, presented to the said Court by SAMUEL PARKER LIMITED a duly incorporated company carrying on business at Auckland and elsewhere as hardware merchants. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on Friday, the 28th day of February 1969, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

TEWKESBURY PROPERTY LIMITED

REDUCTION OF CAPITAL

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955, AND IN THE MATTER of TEWKESBURY PROPERTY LIMITED:

NOTICE is hereby given that an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, dated the 28th day of January 1969, confirming the reduction of the share capital of the above-named company from 20,000 shares of $1.00 each to 50 shares of $1.00 each, and the minute approved by the Court showing with respect to the capital of the company as altered the several particulars required by the above-mentioned Act, was registered by the Registrar of Companies on the 13th day of February 1969. The said minute is in the words and figures following:

"The amount of Share-capital of TEWKESBURY PROPERTY LIMITED as altered by the Supreme Court, confirming the reduction of Capital of the Company is $50.00 divided into 50 shares of $1.00 each and at the date of registration of this minute the amount of $1.00 is deemed to be paid up on each share".

NOTICE is hereby given that the Whangarei County Council, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, proposes to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for road. Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Council, Springs Flat, Kamo, and may there be inspected without fee during ordinary office hours.
