Declaring Land Taken for a Government Work at Matiere and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Railways hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 24th day of February 1969.

Approved Wool Marking Preparations—Sale and Use

(Notice No. Ag. 10377)

PURSUANT to section 94 of the Animals Act 1967, notice is hereby given that the wool marking preparations set out in the Schedule hereto are approved for marking rams and ewes at mating by manual application to the brisket or belly of the ram.

“Tupp-sine”: Soft tupping crayons—red, green, yellow, purple, and black; product of Mannings Ltd., Hamilton.
