Declaring Land Acquired for a Government Work and Not Required for That Purpose to be Crown Land
PURSUANT to section 35 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 24th day of February 1969.
SCHEDULE
OTAGO LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land containing 3 acres 2 roods 21 perches situated in Block II, North Harbour and Blueskin Survey District, Otago R.D., being part Section 38. Part Gazette notice 318297, Otago Land Registry.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22828 (S.O. 16661) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Licensing William Norman Fuller to Occupy a Site for a Mooring Pile at Days Point, Bay of Islands
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits William Norman Fuller (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the sea at Days Point, Bay of Islands, as shown on plan marked M.D. 13303 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a mooring pile, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1969.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be 10 dollars ($10) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 10 dollars ($10).

The Traffic (Otorohanga Borough And Otorohanga County) Notice No. 1, 1969
PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Otorohanga Borough and Otorohanga County) Notice No. 1, 1969.

The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

The warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949, dated the 23rd day of December 1952†, which relates to No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) (the former Hamilton-Te Kuiti State Highway No. 8) in Otorohanga Borough is hereby revoked.
FIRST SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Otorohanga Borough; adjacent to Otorohanga County:
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) (from the eastern end of the bridge over the North Island Main Trunk Railway to the eastern boundary of Otorohanga Borough).
SECOND SCHEDULE
SITUATED within Otorohanga Borough and Otorohanga County:
No. 3 State Highway (Hamilton-Woodville via New Plymouth) (from the eastern end of the bridge over the North Island Main Trunk Railway to a point 8 chains measured south-easterly generally along the said State highway from Black Road).

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Whakatane County) Notice No. 1, 1969.
The roads specified in the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be 40-miles-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.

All that area bounded by and including the under-mentioned roads:
State Highway No. 2 (Pokeno to Wellington via Gisborne) (from Simpson Street to Pollen Street).
Pollen Street (from State Highway No. 2 (Pokeno to Wellington via Gisborne) to Pakeha Street).
Simpson Street (from Simpson Street to State Highway No. 2 (Pokeno to Wellington via Gisborne)).

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hastings City) Notice No. 1, 1969.
The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 40-miles-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
So much of the warrant under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, dated the 23rd day of October 1968†, as relates to No. 2 State Highway in Hastings City is hereby revoked.

SITUATED within Hastings City:
No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) (from a point 12 chains measured south-westerly generally along the said highway from Southampton Street to the south-western boundary of Hastings City).
