PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and vested in Gilbert Andrew Pratt, of Auckland, farmer, and Joyce Merle Pratt, his wife, subject to mortgage A. 21538.

Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Land Taken in Blocks IX and XIII, Ohinewairua Survey District, Rangitikei County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Seventh Schedules hereto; and also hereby takes the land described in the Eighth Schedule hereto for the purpose of subsection (6) of the said section 29; and declares that the road described in the said Second Schedule, when closed, shall vest in Walter Alexander Williams, of Mataroa, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage 603021; that the road described in the said Third Schedule, when closed, shall be incorporated in Crown lease No. C. 1/676, and the road described in the said Fourth Schedule, when closed, shall be incorporated in Crown lease No. C. 1/657, both held by the said Walter Alexander Williams, subject to memorandum of mortgage 603021; that the road described in the said Fifth Schedule, when closed, shall vest in C. S. Hammond Ltd., of Marton, subject to memoranda of mortgage No. 597185 and 597887; that the road described in the said Sixth Schedule, when closed, shall vest in Daniel Coogan, of Mataroa, farmer, subject to memorandum of mortgage 575381; and that the road described in the said Seventh Schedule, when closed, and the land described in the said Eighth Schedule, when taken, shall be incorporated in Crown lease No. C. 4/1129, held by the said Daniel Coogan, subject to memorandum of mortgage 575381, all Wellington Land Registry.
