Branding Registration District of Buller Defined and Registration Office for District Appointed (Notice No. Ag. 10378)

PURSUANT to section 70 of the Animals Act 1967, and to a delegation from the Director-General of Agriculture under section 10 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953, the Director, Animal Health Division of the Department of Agriculture, hereby declares that the branding registration district of Buller shall be as defined in the Schedule hereto, and appoints the place named in the said Schedule to be the registration office for the said district.

All that area comprising the Counties of Buller and Inangahua, as constituted from time to time, and including all boroughs and town districts in and adjacent to that area. Greymouth Registration Office.

Social Security Act 1964β€”Maternity Notice

PURSUANT to section 112 (4) of the Social Security Act 1964, the Minister of Health hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 112 of that Act, Patrick William Cotter, F.R.C.S. (ENG.), of Harley Chambers, 137 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch 1, has withdrawn his notice that he is unwilling to afford medical services in relation to maternity benefits on the terms provided in section 112 of the Act.

The maternity notice relating to the said medical practitioner, dated 9 January 1961, is hereby consequentially revoked.
