A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the rights of way appurtenant to the land in certificates of title, Volume 581, folios 184, 185, and 186, North Auckland Registry, created by deeds No. 107007 (R. 27/197), 112124 (R. 33/284), and 112125 (R. 33/285), for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of February 1969.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 2 roods and 27.3 perches situated in Blocks VII and VIII, Waitemata Survey District, North Auckland R.D., and being part Allotment 32A, Parish of Paremoremo. All certificate of title, Volume 581, folio 191 (limited as to parcels), North Auckland Registry.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 24th day of February 1969.
