(in liquidation), notice is hereby given, in pursuance of section 281 of the Companies Act 1955, that a general meeting of the above-named company will be held at the offices of Chamberlain, McKie, and French, Chartered Accountants, No. 1 Armagh Court, Christchurch, on Monday, the 5th day of January 1970, at 9 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and to receive any explanation thereof by the liquidator.

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of ALLIED BUILDING SERVICES LIMITED notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 5th day of December 1969 presented to the said Court by F. H. MURPHY LIMITED and that the petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 27th day of February 1970 at 10 a.m. and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, that the Northland Harbour Board proposes, under the provisions of the said Act, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for harbour works; namely, for the placing of dredgings and reclamation of the said land.

And notice is hereby given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Northland Harbour Board, Quay Street, Whangarei, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.

And notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the execution of the said works or taking of the said land, who have any objection they may wish to make to the execution of the said works or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, must set forth their objection, in writing, and send the same, within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Secretary, Northland Harbour Board, Quay Street, Whangarei (the postal address of the Secretary is P.O. Box 269, Whangarei).

If any such objection is made, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
