Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the Culverden Hotel
Pursuant to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hurunui Licensing Committee, on 3 December 1969, revoked the order made on 4 July 1968, published in the Gazette, 4 July 1968, p. 1134, fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing the Culverden Hotel for sale of liquor to the public, and made an order that such hotel premises be authorised to open at 11 o'clock in the morning and close at 10 o'clock in the evening, Mondays to Saturdays inclusive.

Rock Oyster Farming Lease
Pursuant to the Rock Oyster Farming Act 1964, notice is hereby given that the Minister of Marine has granted to Ian Douglas Hanna, of Maungaturoto; Keith Tari Byers, of Maungaturoto; Roderick John McKay, of Waipu; Pat de Labrosse Hanna, of Auckland; and William Charles Crump, of Takapuna, the lease of 12 acres of sea bed (lease No. 145) in Whakapirau Creek, Kaipara Harbour, for the cultivation of rock oysters.

Tariff and Development Board Notice No. 151—Cancellation— Public Inquiry—Import Duties and Import Licensing Affecting Electrical Power Transformers Having a Rated Input Voltage Exceeding 240 V. (Tariff Items 85.01.11 and 85.01.12)

The Minister of Customs has advised the Board that the applications for protection on electrical power transformers (T. items 85.01.11 and 85.01.12) have been withdrawn and he has asked that the Board defer any further action.

Notice is therefore given that the public inquiry set down to commence on Tuesday, 10 February 1970 (see notice No. 131, published in the New Zealand Gazette dated Thursday, 28 August 1969) will not be held.
