Exempting Certain Companies From the Overseas Take-overs Regulations 1964
Pursuant to the Overseas Take-overs Regulations 1964, the Minister of Finance hereby exempts from all the requirements of those regulations any offeror that is a company within the meaning of the Companies Act 1955, and is an overseas person within the meaning of paragraph (c) of the definition of that term in regulation 2 (1) of those regulations, but which would not be an overseas person if the shares held in the company by any of the life insurance offices mentioned in the Schedule hereto were held by persons who are not overseas persons.

The Road Classification (Hobson County) Notice No. 1, 1969
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Hobson County) Notice No. 1, 1969.
  2. The Hobson County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
  3. So much of the notice dated the 27th day of May 1963† as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

The Road Classification (New Lynn Borough) Notice No. 1, 1969
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955, the Secretary for Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE
This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (New Lynn Borough) Notice No. 1, 1969.
The New Lynn Borough Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
The notice dated the 10th day of May 1954†, which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby revoked.
