Where the Board makes bylaws under section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950 for the control of foreshore, then the Board shall first obtain the written consent of the Auckland Harbour Board to the proposed bylaws before submitting them to the Minister of Marine in accordance with subsection 9 of the said section.

The powers, functions, duties, and authorities conferred on the Board by this order may be at any time resumed by the Governor-General without payment or any compensation whatever, on giving to the Board at least 6 months notice in writing. Any such notice shall be sufficient if given by the Minister and delivered at or posted to the Board at its public office.

Authorising Manukau City Council to Reclaim Crown Foreshore and Bed of Turanga Creek in Hauraki Gulf

PURSUANT to section 175 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby authorises Manukau City Council to reclaim from Turanga Creek, Hauraki Gulf, an area of 4 acres 3 roods 30 perches, more or less, as shown, edged red, on plan marked M.D. 13347 deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for a recreation reserve, to be declared as such under the Reserves and Domains Act 1953.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby revokes the Order in Council signed on 20 March 1967*, authorising the reclamation of 4 acres 3 roods 10 perches of Crown foreshore and bed of Turanga Creek, Hauraki Gulf, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12341.

Redefining the Limits of Moeraki Harbour

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby redefines* the harbour of Moeraki as being all that area in and adjacent to the Otago Land District bounded by a line commencing at the northernmost extremity of Moeraki Point, being a point on the line of mean high-water spring tides; thence generally westerly and northerly along the line of mean high-water spring tides to its intersection with a right line drawn from Trig. Station F. situated in Block I, Moeraki Survey District and Moeraki Point, as hereinbefore described; thence south-westerly along that right line to the point of commencement.

ALL that piece of road containing 2 roods 11.75 perches, situated in Otago R.D., adjoining or passing through Sections 19, 20, 21, and 22, Block XIII, parts Section 7, Block XI, Town of Clinton, and railway reserve, Town of Clinton; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 23804 (S.O. 16859) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

PURSUANT to the State Services Act 1962, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
O R D E R
- Title and commencement—(1) This order may be cited as the Public Service Salary Order 1969.
(2) This order shall be deemed to have come into force on the 15th day of June 1969.
- Salaries of members of the State Services Commission—(1) The salaries of the members of the State Services Commission shall be as follows:
