A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for soil conservation and river control
purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take
effect on and after the 22nd day of December 1969.

An Easement over Land Taken for a Public Rubbish Dump in
Block X, Kidnapper Survey District, Hawke’s Bay County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the easement described in the First
Schedule hereto is hereby taken over the land described in the
Second Schedule hereto for a public rubbish dump, and shall
vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
County of Hawke’s Bay (hereinafter called the Council) as
from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 22nd day
of December 1969.

FIRST SCHEDULE

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT

AN easement in gross, whereby the Council shall have the right,
by its agents, servants, contractors, and workmen, at all times
during a period of 2 years from the date this Proclamation
