EVIDENCE of the loss of outstanding duplicate certificate of title, Volume 782, folio 296 (South Auckland Registry), containing 3 roods 39.5 perches, more or less, being Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4 on Deposited Plan No. 26482, and being part Allotment 32, Town of Hamilton East, in the name of Charles Lynch, of Hamilton, farmer, being seized of an estate of freehold for and during his life, with remainder in fee simple to The Institute De Notre Dame Des Missions Trust Board, a body corporate duly constituted under the Religious Charitable and Educational Trusts Act 1908, having been lodged with me, together with application No. S. 466941 to issue a new certificate of title in lieu thereof, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue such new certificate of title upon the expiration of 14 days from the Gazette containing this notice.
